My hair has always really been my thing. Over the course of years and my life, I have done so many things to it. I recently went through some of the worst shedding that I have ever had during my hair journey. The instructions stated to take the pills twice daily for 30 days with a full glass of water, which is what I did. I made sure to drink plenty of water to ensure that I wouldn’t break out too bad.

My Hair Condition:

In the winter, my hair grows extremely slow. My hair happens to be color treated and fine as well as being dry and porous. It is prone to breakage.
