I recently went through some of the worst shedding that I have ever had during my hair journey. My hair is 100{97275882e2fe2e4752cae2f573fd33674ab0cba5fb9e43876b2b68f7ae311d9f} natural so I can’t blame it on dying my hair, or chemical straighteners. I also don’t use heat on my hair and I barely use any type of hair care products that contain harsh chemicals. So I don’t blame it on my shampoos or conditioners. I truly blame my hair loss on a vitamin deficiency and protective styles. Even though you may think that you are protecting your hair, you could actually be destroying it with extensions and braids.
I began to lose hair around my edges, my crown, and my nape. These areas are the reason I decided to try this product. Within 3 weeks I began to really notice new hair growth around the edges. Now most of my patches are covered in stronger hair after taking Zenwise hair vitamins. The instructions stated to take the pills twice daily for 30 days with a full glass of water, which is what I did. I made sure to drink plenty of water to ensure that I wouldn’t break out too bad.
The one thing that I did notice when I started to take this vitamin, was that I broke out extremely bad. It was like going through high school and junior high all over again. I certainly did not know that I was supposed to drink more than 8 glasses of water daily to help combat the acne. The more water that you drink, the less likely you are to break out in acne. Any product that contains Biotin will make you break out if you don’t have plenty of water in your system.
Don’t get me wrong, I was extremely skeptical when it comes to any type of hair vitamin. It’s a very competitive market including big brands such as Viviscal and Hairfinity. However I was pleasantly surprised with this hair vitamin. It is in no way a miracle pill that grows hair overnight. I wish that it was, but it does take time and you won’t actually see any results until about week 3.
So if you happen to be looking for a miracle pill, don’t buy this product. Even though my hair was shinier, and stronger after week 1. I didn’t notice a change until week 3. The pills are very easy to swallow and they don’t leave a nasty after flavor in your mouth.
